Why are you running for this Office: To continue the policies that have made North Carolina economically sound while lowering taxes on the people. Improving Education, Transportation Infrastructure and Job Opportunities. Putting legislation in place to address the Opioids.

What makes you a good candidate: My ability to listen to all people and to work hard to assist them with their concerns. I am willing to meet constituents at their convenience.

What is the biggest issue Eastern North Carolina faces: At the time the recovery of Hurricane Florence. Finding funds to assure a complete recovery to our citizens that have lost so much. Including our schools, farms, businesses, fishermen, and transportation system.

How will you address the challenges facing teachers in our state? By listening to classroom teachers and parents and seeking solutions to the issues they face day to day.

If elected, what would you do to stay transparent as an elected Official? I will continue to communicate my stand on issues and share my positions and why I voted on all legislation with all constituents.

Is there anything else you’d like our readers to know about you? I have lived in Onslow County all my life and consider it a blessing to live here and serve the people.
