A television production company is looking for women and families in the Fort Bragg area for an upcoming series with a major cable network.

Left/Right is based in New York and has produced reality and documentary programming for Lifetime, Showtime and A&E, among others.

Their past work includes “The Circus,” “Women of Honor'' and “Portraits from Ground Zero.”

Officials with the company said they are working on a new docuseries “about the unsung heroines of the military community.”

“We are seeking female service members, military spouses or caregivers who are interested in sharing their experience with a national audience,” states a production announcement released by Left/Right. “We are interested in finding a diverse group of women who are willing to share their daily struggles, joys and sacrifices of being in an active-duty service family.”

Officials did not specify which network would eventually air the program, but said they hoped to cover stories such as a first deployment, first military move and first baby.

Potential participants are asked to complete an online questionnaire at docs.google.com/forms/d/1jLPZnvgF_RpFdhWvOniOAL0uI7QpU8VuYUKCn03ls7o/edit (copy link and paste it into your browser.)
