Multiple complaints were made leading to an investigation at 224 Elise S. Jones Road in Kinston. The Lenoir County Sheriff's Office CCRT and narcotics detectives conducted an investigation leading to multiple arrests.

  

On June 27, a search warrant was executed and detectives located approximately cannabis products, varying from marijuana, Cannabis edibles, Cannabis oils and Cannabis waxes. Detectives also located numerous drug paraphernalia items, US currency and two firearms, which indicated marijuana products were being distributed from the residence, according to a news release.

 

During the investigation the following persons were arrested or cited for cited for drug violations:

 

Michael Goodman, of 224 Elises S. Jones Rd. Kinston, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana and maintaining dwelling for keep or sell controlled substances. Goodman was placed in the Lenoir County Jail under a $15,000 secured bond.

 

Ashleigh Moore, of 224 Elises S. Jones Rd. Kinston, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, Felony Possession of marijuana and maintaining dwelling for keep or sell controlled substances. Moore was placed in the Lenoir County Jail under a $15,000 secured bond.

 

Taylor Hobbs, of 224 Elises S. Jones Rd. Kinston, was issued a citation for misdemeanor possession of less that an half ounce of marijuana. No photo was available for this citation issued.
