Why are you running? to bring Onslow County values to Raleigh and Raleigh resources to Onlsow.
What experience do you have that makes you a good fit for this office? My service as an Infantry Officer, 24 years helping families as a Certified Financial Planner(T), and two terms as a country commissioner will allow me to represent our district and get things done!
If elected, what would you do to stay transparent as an elected official? I will continue to: use social media, be accessible to local newspapers and radio, send out constituent emails and attend local events.
What would you do on the state level to address the lack of mental health and substance abuse treatment options in Onslow County? Develop partnerships and funding mechanisms at the state level to sustain and expand recent initiatives by the Onslow BOC.
If elected, what would be your first order of business? Meet with local governments, the other state delegates to Raleigh from Onslow and other key constituencies to develop a legislative agenda and develop an action plan.
Is there anything else you’d like to add? The Progressives in Raleigh will continue their assault on conservative values and efforts to overturn the 2016 election. We need fresh legs to fight and win!
