NYC indie-rocker Anna Rose will perform at Gravity Records on April 18 with Philly singer Andrea Nardello.

A pair of like-minded but stylistically diverse singer-songwriters are bringing their tunes to Wilmington's Gravity Records this week as part of their "Revolution is Love" tour.

Anna Rose is a New-York-based indie rocker whose recent EP, "Strays in the Cut," contains such tracks as the sultry, hypnotic "Bury Me Deep." As it happens, Rose has a strong musical pedigree. Her father is Alan Menken, famed composer of film ("The Little Mermaid," "Beauty and the Beast") and Broadway ("Newsies," "Little Shop of Horrors").

She'll be playing with Philadelphia indie folk singer Andrea Nardello, whose style has been compared to Shawn Colvin and Melissa Etheridge.

Details: 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, at Gravity Records, 612 Castle St., Wilmington. $10.
