A Fountain Inn man has been accused of committing a home invasion in Lyman this week.

Deputies from Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded at 10:57 a.m. Tuesday to a house on Lyman Lodge Road for a reported home invasion.

A woman at the house told deputies a man wearing a black bandana forced entry through a sliding door into her residence, according to a report from the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office.

The man demanded drugs and struck her in the back with a BB gun, choked her and stole her cell phone. According to the report, she suffered injuries to her right hand and left leg from a fight with the suspect. She was treated on the scene by EMS.

Allic Andro Singleton, 44, of 102 Fowler St., Fountain Inn, was arrested Tuesday night.

He was charged with petit larceny, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, armed robbery and first-degree burglary.
