Three Spartanburg men are among four who have been charged in connection to the November shooting death of two people in McCormick County.
Travis Rashad Freeman, 27, of 779 Kenmore Drive in Spartanburg, and Jesse Cashawn Freeman III, 22, of 123 Greenwood Highway in McCormick, were each charged with murder by the State Law Enforcement Department, according to arrest warrants.
Shiquan Marquez Freeman, 25, of 540 Serendipity Lane in Spartanburg, and Devin Tyrone Crapps, 22, of 223 Queensbury Way in Spartanburg, were each charged with accessory after the fact in connection with the shooting, SLED arrest warrants state.
An incident report states Travis and Jesse Freeman, who are cousins, shot Steven A. Banks and Joel Turner Jr. outside of Sapp's Bar and Grill on Highway 378 in McCormick.
The shooting occurred after a fight outside the bar, according to the report.
SLED spokesman Thom Berry said in a statement that Travis and Jesse Freeman are also cousins with Shiquan Freeman, whose brother is Crapps.
The four have all been booked at the McCormick County Detention Center, Berry said.
