A Roebuck woman has been charged with drug trafficking after deputies said they found her with 367 grams of methamphetamine in her purse during a traffic stop.

Amy Christina Fowler, 35, of 201 Myra St., was charged following a traffic stop on Sept. 28, according to a Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office arrest warrant.

An incident report states Fowler and another person were pulled over near the intersection of New Cut Road and Highway 292.

Deputies searched the car and found the meth in Fowler's purse, the report states.

Fowler remained in the Spartanburg County jail without bond Friday afternoon.
