The Burlington Police Department updated its list of most-wanted suspects Friday and announced that two included in previous lists were arrested.
Derek Montrez Cheek and Penny Michelle Dawson were arrested since last week, Burlington police said in a news release. Cheek, 30, was charged with felony accessing computers and placed in the Alamance County jail under a $1,000 bond. Dawson, 40, was charged with charged with financial card theft, obtaining property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny. She was placed in jail under a $26,500 bond.
On the updated list are:
Hakeem Aljown Willis, 23, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, charged with second-degree kidnapping, assault by strangulation, assault on a female and misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury;
Sarray Lauryn James, 19, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 159 pounds, charged with felony common law obstruction of justice;
Darren Michael Overly, 27, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 250 pounds, charged with assault on a female;
Alfred Montgomery Boger, 41, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, charged with assault on a female and failure to appear on a count of communicating threats;
James Cody Pickard, 31, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, charged with larceny;
Brett Edward Masterson, 42, 6 feet tall, 198 pounds, charged with larceny by employee, breaking and entering, larceny, and obtaining property by false pretense;
Anthony Edward Oyan, 17, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 170 pounds, charged with robbery with dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon causing serious injury, larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm by felon;
Jacqueline Gelaine Harvey, 52, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds, charged with assault causing serious bodily injury, and assault with a deadly weapon;
Shari Nicole Tucker, 42, 5 feet 1 inch tall, 145 pounds, charged with failure to appear on larceny, habitual larceny and possession of stolen goods/property; and
Kristie Lou Williams Huffines, 46, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, charged with obtaining property by false pretense, failure to appear on larceny, and failure to appear on conversion.
