Good Hope United Methodist Church has a revival service at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The Rev. Mitch Wilson, pastor of Center United Methodist Church in Welcome, is the guest pastor. There will be music with Traci Cook. A fellowship supper consisting of chicken casserole, potatoes, green beans and corn, slaw, rolls, dessert and drink, will be provided by the Circle of Hope from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the church fellowship hall prior to the service.
The UMYF of Good Hope will have its annual pine needle sale beginning Saturday. You can place your order by calling April Koonts at (336) 403-2183.
Bags for the 30 pieces of silver offering are currently available at Good Hope Church. All bags need to be returned by Easter Sunday.
The Senior Friends of Good Hope will meet at 6 p.m. Sunday in the fellowship hall for a meal and games.
A barbecue supper will be held from 4-6:30 March 24 in the Good Hope fellowship hall sponsored by the Comfort Sunday School class. A plate is $8 and includes barbecue, bun, slaw, potato salad, baked beans, dessert and drink. Also available will be a $5 sandwich combo, which will include a barbecue sandwich, chips, dessert and drink. All money goes to local missions.
The adult choir of Good Hope will present an Easter cantata at the 11 a.m. service March 25.
Members of the Sunshine Circle will meet at 6:30 p.m. March 26 in the Good Hope Church fellowship hall.
Missionary Paul Achilles shared his ministry work spreading the gospel in Africa at both services recently at Good Hope. A love offering was taken after each service to aide him in his work with World Mission Centre. Achilles helps with the Live School tool which is available in nine languages.
Pastor Joseph Fulk, Beverly Berrier, and Mary Mendenhall provided children’s message recently at Good Hope.
Connie Floyd and Doug Floyd, accompanied by Roger Horton, presented special music recently at Good Hope.
Church will have lunch March 29
The Reedy Creek Baptist Church fellowship lunch will meet at 11 a.m. March 29 at Smiley’s Lexington Barbecue.
Also Reedy Creek Baptist is planning a Spring Fling May 26 this year. This is a community family day where everyone is welcome.
Thanks to all who donated blood at Good Hope Church recently. Over 115 people could potentially be helped by your giving.

A book fair at North Davidson Middle School is going on this week. Book fair family night will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday.
